Greco Greek Feta

Greco Feta is made using only sheep and goat milk collected from farms near our dairy in Thessaly, Greece. Greco Feta is a PDO cheese meaning it is made from sheep milk and no more than 30% goat milk and aged in brine for a minumum of 2 months. It has been produced using traditional methods.
